Welcome! Below you will see a list of helpful tips on completing the CY2026 Youth Opportunities Program (YOP) application. Applications and all supporting documents must be submitted no later than January 23th, 2026 at 5:00 pm.              

1.  Before starting this application, you'll want to gather the information and documents listed below.   

  • Letter of Support from a local government official.
  • Organization FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number)
  • Organization NAICS
  • Organization E-Verify MOU (see the YOP Guidelines for more information)
  • Organization Articles of Incorporation (and Bylaws if applicable)
  • Organization 501(c)(3) IRS letter (if designated as a 501(c)(3))
  • Applicant Certification (see the YOP Guidelines)
  • Site Control – For Capital Campaign projects only. Click here to download the form. Refer to the YOP Guidelines for information about acceptable documentation

2.  You can save a draft of your work if you would like to finish filling out the form at a later date.          

3.  You can invite people to collaborate on a submission. Click here for a short video tutorial and more details.
