Welcome! Below you will see a list of helpful tips on completing the FY2026 Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) application. Applications and all supporting documents must be submitted no later than October 24, 2025 at 5:00 pm.
1. Before starting this application, you'll want to gather the information and documents listed below.
- Organization FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number)
- Organization NAICS
- Local Government Certification Form.
- Organization E-Verify MOU (see the NAP Guidelines for more information)
- Organization Articles of Incorporation (and Bylaws if applicable)
- Organization 501(c)(3) IRS letter (if the applying organization is designated as a 501(c)(3))
- Applicant Certification
- Site Control – For Capital Campaign projects only. Click here to download the form. Refer to the NAP Guidelines for information about acceptable documentation.
2. You can save a draft of your work if you would like to finish filling out the form at a later date. 3. You can invite people to collaborate on a submission. Approved projects will have a project start date of January 1, 2026. Please note that each organization can only have one NAP project at a time.
